Coaching Program
In this coaching series, I am going to show you a way to live a life of your wildest dreams. Sounds a little far fetched? Not really. Your goals, dreams and purposes in life come into alignment naturally once you create a clear vision for your life and a balanced life style. With clear vision and a solid purpose life becomes fun, exciting, enjoyable, and a rich learning and growing experience. When taking my courses you will be challenged to overcome your limiting beliefs, face obstacles and challenges in your life, and break through your frustrations in a way that makes you excel like never before. You will have stronger self-confidence, take more action, and accomplish more than you ever thought possible.
Here is a breakdown for the course content: The course will consist of 8 weeks. Each week will include 1 weekly coach call on zoom. (1/2 hour minimum and 1 hour maximum). Each call will be based around 1 of the following 8 topics. Students will share their wins for the week and their goals for the following week. Student will create 1-4 goals to be completed by the end of the 8 week program. Topics:
It is my intention to support students with any limiting beliefs, frustrations and obstacles they may face on the road to accomplishing their goals and finding the greatness within themselves. Students will gain a deeper understanding of their habits, and why they do what they do, and how to break through these patterns in order to achieve the success, have the self confidence and achieve the things they put their minds to. Balancing Your LifeThe First third of the course will focus on the goals that you have in your life. We will work together to create goals for you that will stretch you in what you thought possible while at the same time creating balance in all the four quadrants of your life.

Your Sub-Conscious BeliefsIn the third part of the course we will take a look at the subconscious patterns that are running your life, and how to replace them with more positive belief systems that will help you win day to day.

Getting out of Your Comfort ZoneThe last portion of the course will focus on what is holding you back. If you know you can do better and you strive for more, yet your poor habits, negative beliefs or lack of self confidence is getting in the way, we will shift your thinking in a way that will help you break through these limiting beliefs. Beliefs you didn't even realize existed perhaps, and we will shape you into a success-breeding machine!
